This home is by Slick Rock golf course.  It is $385,000

Then we went to Meadowlakes.  My goal was to locate property that represents what is available that meets all of your criteria.  I found two that are over 2800 square feet with a nice golf course view and priced under 300k.

Then we went to "The Legends".  Some of the marketing material refer to this as a gated community.  There was no guard as was  at Meadowlakes.
