This property is located near Doole on CR 765, about 3-4 miles from the Colorado River. It is all wooded and has a two bedroom home with central heat and air. A large lake provides the property with a source of water. The property has access to but is not presently utilizing the Millersview-Doole Water Supply Corp. pipe. The hunting is excellent and the lake is loaded with fish. The perimeter is well fenced.
