Here is a view of the house area.  It does not show up so well in this photo, but
this is a red gravel road.  Everything is well manicured.

This house was built after WW I and has been redone in the last 11 years of the
current ownership.  Water is supplied by the Richland system and a nearby well.
It has two bedrooms and one bath.  The house has settled some over the years
and has some visible cracks but as you can see it is nice on the inside.
