house. After the current owner purchased the house, it was moved to its present location. The

porch you enter the living room that is well lighted through the many windows. There are two
bedrooms. The spacious bathroom with skylight over the tub/shower has a large armoire for
storage. It also has a utility/laundry room. A large screened porch is along the entire back of
the house and has 2x6 wood floors and a large hot tub that has room for 5 or 6 people.
The metal roof was installed about a year ago and there is a covered parking area attached to
the back porch and house. Household water is supplied from the rural water system that serves
the area. The fences are in fair to good condition.
The land is rolling grassland with a high point that offers a view for miles. There are two dirt
tanks (ponds) and watering troughs for the livestock and wildlife. It appears that bird hunting would
be very good.
